BIELLE RE joins the Nikolay Diulgheroff documentary as Italian co-producer

Italian production company BIELLE RE joins HEMUSFILM as co-producer of the documentary “Nikolay Diulgheroff: The Bulgarian in the Heart of Futurism”.

The partnership establishes the Bulgarian-Italian co-production at the heart of a film that follows Diulgheroff's creative journey from Kyustendil to Turin and explores the cultural connections between Bulgaria and Italy.

IMAGO Distribution is also joining the project as distributor, supporting the film's future international circulation and presentation to festival, television and cultural audiences.

Franco Nero joins the Nikolay Diulgheroff documentary

International cinema legend Franco Nero joins the documentary “Nikolay Diulgheroff: The Bulgarian in the Heart of Futurism” as narrator of the Italian and English versions of the film.

His unmistakable voice will guide audiences through Diulgheroff's extraordinary creative journey - from Kyustendil to Turin, where the Bulgarian artist, architect and designer became one of the prominent figures of Italian Futurism.

Produced by HEMUSFILM in co-production with the Italian company BIELLE RE, the film rediscovers Diulgheroff's artistic legacy and the connection between his Bulgarian roots, the Italian avant-garde and European cultural history.
